Ready-made orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery times are counted from dispatch.
United Kingdom
UK delivery is calculated at checkout from your destination and order size, and added to the total before you pay.
Most ready-made UK orders arrive 3–5 working days after dispatch. Your total at checkout — items plus delivery — is the full amount you pay.
Europe
European shipping costs more, so we quote it before you order. Email your destination country, postcode and the items you want.
European orders usually arrive 10–14 working days after dispatch. Import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and are your responsibility.
Bespoke pieces
Made-to-order and bespoke work is delivered on the terms set in your commission quote.
Made-to-order and bespoke work is not covered by change-of-mind returns; your rights for faulty goods remain.
Ask for a European shipping quote
Send your destination country, postcode and the pieces you want. We reply with the delivery cost before you place the order, so nothing is added afterwards.
Before you order
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
- We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
- Delivery charges are shown before you pay — the checkout total is the full amount.
- Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of the contract being made.
Changed your mind
For ready-made orders delivered in the UK or Europe, email us within 14 days of receiving your goods to cancel, then return them within a further 14 days. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
